Payment and delivery.
One annual payment in PLN
Checkout is available to consumers resident in Poland and businesses registered in Poland. Prices include 23% VAT, with the net price, tax, and final total shown before ordering. Pay for 12 months upfront; renewal is manual and there are no automatic charges or EnigmaIS payment surcharges.
Payment through Autopay
Our payment operator is Autopay S.A., ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, Poland. Choose BLIK, online bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard from the methods available on its payment page. EnigmaIS does not collect your card credentials.
Electronic delivery — no shipping charge
EnigmaIS emails your installation-bound license and invoice within two business days after confirmed payment and receipt of the required installation details. Business days exclude weekends and Polish public holidays. Your 12-month license period starts on delivery. We email your contract and consent confirmation before supplying the license.
Checkout requires express consent to delivery within the 14-day withdrawal period. To arrange delivery after that period instead, contact us before ordering.
Purchase without an account
Select a plan, enter your Polish billing details, review the order total and declarations, and choose “Order and pay” to continue to Autopay. Keep your private order link to check payment and delivery. Do not repeat a payment while confirmation is pending.
